• Active Accounts: Data retained while your account is active
• Deleted Accounts: Data permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion
• Uploaded Documents: Can be deleted immediately upon request
• Transaction Records: Kept for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
• Anonymous Analytics: May be retained indefinitely

We group cookies into three categories:

• Necessary (always on): sign-in and security, plus tn_consent which remembers your cookie choice.
• Analytics (off until you agree): Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, for example _ga and _ga_*.
• Marketing (off until you agree): Google Ads measurement such as _gcl_au, and the Meta pixel cookies _fbp and _fbc.

Retention: your consent choice is kept for 12 months in a first-party cookie shared across thainexus.co.th, visa.thainexus.co.th and app.thainexus.co.th. A record of each choice (given, updated or withdrawn) is kept for up to 3 years as proof of consent, then deleted. Google Analytics and Google Ads retention follows your Google account settings.

Recipients and transfers: Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (ads measurement), plus our hosting and security providers including Cloudflare. Some of these providers process data outside Thailand; transfers rely on their standard contractual safeguards.

Withdrawing consent: open Cookie settings in the footer of any page, turn Analytics or Marketing off and save. Withdrawal applies from that moment and does not affect processing carried out before it.

Your PDPA rights: you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to contact@thainexus.co.th. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) at pdpc.or.th.
